- Provide internship opportunities to young and talented minds just starting out in the real estate and construction industry.
- Stay organised and ensure everything is finished on time, by using project management
software or timetables - Provide feedback to the interns. As the projects develop, we provide constructive comments so that the interns may make any required adjustments or enhancements
- Effective communication calls for staying in contact with students and making ourselves available to the interns for any queries
- Allow for flexibility: Willing to alter or modify the project plan as necessary, provided that doing so advances the project’s main objectives
